APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SECURED ONLINE WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD.

PAYMENT OF SERVICE MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO THE END OF SERVICE.

If clients require additional service, new service fees will be added to the service. If new serviced can't be applied due to no available time, they must reschedule and they will be charged for that service time slot (contact us to make sure you are scheduling the right services. If clients are not receptive to required additional service then the service will be considered a cancelation (see cancelation policy).

A Cancellation fee of 50% of service will be applied to all cancelled services within 24 hours of scheduled service time.

Clients that are 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of service and service must be rescheduled.

Clients have a 10 minute grace period to arrive at scheduled appointments

No call no shows after 20 minutes will be charged 100% of scheduled service and service must be rescheduled.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

ALL CONSULTATIONS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE IF CANCELLED AFTER THE 24 HOUR POLICY OR NO CALL NO SHOW

CLIENTS ARRIVING LATER THAN 10 MINS WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE CAN BE CASH OR CARD (TRANSACTION FEES APPLY)

3 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO BE IN THE STUDIO AT TIME OF SERVICE, INCLUDING TECHNICIAN. (Due to Covid-19 only 2 including tech)

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A CAPABLE ADULT OR THE CHILD MUST BE OF AGE TO SIT QUIETLY WHILE WAITING. (Due to Covid-19 there are no extra guest inside)

ANY CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES PAID WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CLIENT AS STUDIO CREDIT FOR PREVIOUSLY BOOKED SERVICE WHEN CANCELED BEFORE THE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW.

(Credit is honorable for 6 months)

NO APPOINTMENT TRANSFERS BEFORE OR AT APPOINTMENT TIME.

CREDITED FUNDS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CURRENT CLIENT OR FUTURE CLIENT BUT CLIENT MUST BOOK THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT.

All SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
